At Fusion United, we are a collective of experts who have spent much of our careers in the corporate world, building deep knowledge across HR, IT, administration, and marketing. Over time, we saw how many businesses, both small and large, struggle to access the right expertise without the overhead of full departments. As a qualified CCMA Commissioner and accredited mediator, Lisa’s expertise lies in promoting fair processes, open communication, and mutual respect in the workplace. Her true passion is mediation, where she creates a safe and supportive space for individuals to be heard, identify solutions, and rebuild trust.

Proficient in leading systems like Sage, SimplePay, and VIP, I remain at the forefront of evolving payroll legislation and SARS requirements.
